I had contemplated for several months changing Management Companies for my two rental properties.  When I made the decision to switch to Virginia Realty, it was the best move I could possibly have made.   Virginia's knowledge of being able to handle the two properties during the transition was great.  Her guidance was most helpful.  Now I get the rental payments near the beginning of the month rather than the middle of the month which allows me more flexibility in the use of my money.  I highly recommend that you speak with Virginia Wright if you have rental properties and allow her to share her experience, knowledge and guidance with you.   I look forward to many years of great service from her and her company and will continue to make referrals to her.
